Introduction of the DynaRent Mobile app
Use the DynaRent Mobile app to assist you, as a field engineer, in your service and maintenance tasks.
With the DynaRent Mobile app, you can, for example:
- Find the tasks that are assigned to you from D365 FO.
- Find the related work locations.
- Do the tasks that are assigned to you.
- Inquire task-related information.
- Register task-related information like parts, hours, and fees.
- Create work orders.
The DynaRent Mobile app home page has several options:

Shows an overview of all tasks that are assigned to you. Use this option to start and register your work on the assigned tasks. |

Shows the work locations of the tasks that are assigned to you. From here, you can start the navigation to these work locations. |

Shows a list of all notifications. |

My completed work |
Shows all tasks that you have completed. |

My objects |
Shows the business objects that are related to the tasks that are assigned to you. |

Create work order |
You can create a work order and assign it to yourself. |

Settings |
You can synchronize data between the DynaRent Mobile app and D365 FO. Usually, you use this if the work is done at an offline location. |
